Lorenzo Insigne linked with Inter Milan move

Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport understands that Inter Milan are readying big money offer for Napoli hotshot Lorenzo Insigne.

The highly rated forward is unhappy with the latest contract offer and he could be on the move this summer.

Inter Milan are closely monitoring the situation and they are ready to offer €40 million plus bonuses for the Italy international.

And with Napoli desperate to recruit Mauro Icardi, there is a chance that the two clubs will swap their star players, in which case the Azzurri will have to send some money to Stadio Giuseppe Meazza as well.

After struggling for playing time under Rafael Benitez, Lorenzo Insigne largely impressed in his first season with Maurizio Sarri at the helm, having managed 12 goals and 10 assists in 37 league outings.

However, his agent recently claimed he was disappointed by the club’s treatment of his client, adding fuel to speculation linking the Italian forward with a summer exit.
