Daily Mirror understands that Manchester City are ready to launch an assault on Arsenal full-back Hector Bellerin.
With Pablo Zabaleta expected to leave and Bacary Sagna not exactly in top form, new manager Pep Guardiola is determined to recruit a high-profile right-back.
According to Daily Mirror, Guardiola is a big fan of Arsenal full-back Hector Bellerin, who had come through the youth ranks at Camp Nou.
And with Bellerin’s talks with the club over a new five-year deal not progressing according to plan, the Citizens are ready to test Arsenal’s resolve with a big money bid.
It is believed that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is furious with his title rivals as he has made it clear that Bellerin is not for sale, but it remains to be seen whether the player himself will be tempted by the opportunity to work with fellow Catalan Pep Guardiola.
