Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko has been linked with a move away from the club this summer, as he’s hardly featured in 2015. The Bosnia & Herzegovina international has found himself behind in the pecking order to Sergio Aguero and Wilfried Bony, and hasn’t been too hot in front of goal in the games he has featured. An exit from the Etihad is inevitable, and there’s plenty of interest from sides in the Premier League.

Liverpool are on team who are in desperate need of a proven striker to bolster their attack for next season, as the Reds failed to get Mario Balotelli firing to replace Luis Suarez last summer. They have been unfortunate with injury problems to Daniel Sturridge too, and manager Brendan Rodgers won’t be taking any chances in his strike force this time.

Dzeko, 29, would likely jump at the chance to stay in the Premier League and prove his worth with a new club in England, which sees Ladbrokes giving odds of 5/2 for the City striker to make Liverpool his next side this summer. Juventus are one of many European teams interested, but the Reds are said to be in the driving seat.
