Man Utd keen on Marco Reus

Spanish media outlet Don Balon has suggested that Manchester United are readying bid for Borussia Dortmund hotshot Marco Reus.

The Red Devils are expected to offload captain Wayne Rooney at the end of the season and they want to replace him with the Germany international.

Manchester United signed Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Borussia Dortmund last summer and now Marco Reus could follow in his footsteps.

The 27-year-old has been one of Europe’s leading forwards for several years now, but his poor injury record is something that the Red Devils need to take into consideration.

Reus has spent last five years at Signal-Iduna Park, making 123 Bundesliga appearances and scoring 54 goals in total.

The highly rated forward was unfortunate to miss both the 2014 World Cup and Euro 2016 through injury, while he managed 9 goals in 29 appearances for the Germany national team.
