Manchester City welcome Sevilla to the Etihad Stadium tonight in the Champions League, and can’t afford anything less than a win in their pursuit of qualification. The Sky Blues have had an indifferent European campaign so far, but will be in a strong position to progress if they can win the home leg of their double header to come against the Spaniards.

Currently third in Group D, City and Sevilla are locked on three points from their first two games, and have the chance to go level with leaders Juventus if they can turnaround a three points deficit. They came from behind in their last Champions League clash against Gladbach, and have been in fantastic form in the Premier League ahead of today’s meeting, so they stand a great chance of winning.

As for Sevilla, the visitors have been inconsistent all season. Their form on home soil has been much-improved in recent weeks, but the La Liga side have been woeful on the road. Sevilla are yet to win away this campaign, and Bet 365 are giving odds of 4/6 for Manchester City to come out on top as a result.
