Twenty two year old Bulgarian and Manchester City striker Valeri Bojinov made a welcome return to football yesterday in his sides 2 2 draw at League One Stockport Countys ground Edgeley Park.
Manchester Citys new manager Mark Hughes has said that he expects more to come from the striker once he returns to full fitness.
Bojinov was injured in August last year in the local Manchester derby against Manchester United.
In yesterdays match he scored a goal on his comeback.
