Manchester City are pondering a bid for South Korea defender Yun Suk-Young, Daily Mail has revealed.
Serbian full-back Aleksandar Kolarov is widely tipped to return to Italian Serie A this summer, which would see the Citizens enter the market for a new left-back.
According to Daily Mail, the Etihad outfit are lining up move for Chunnam Dragons defender Yun Suk-Young.
The 22-year-old has largely impressed while playing for South Korea at the 2012 Olympics, helping his country win a bronze medal at the Summer Games.
Manchester City officials believe Yun would be a good understudy for starting left-back Gael Clichy and they believe a £1 million bid would prove enough to get their man.
The talented defender began his career at Chunnam Dragons and has scored 3 goals in 70 league appearances for the South Korean side.

I think citizens have gone crank or something or what…….??? I agree with this transfer effort but i mean, hey its almost slipping outta hands and very few days remain in deadline day and yet they’ve not opened the account….. i seriously was hoping city would dominate rest all in new and attractive signings and help gain popularity more and more as players own fan clubs do make the huge numbers of fan followings and they might drain out some junk really threat to rust their reputation such as Tevez, Barry, DE jong, kolo toure, Dzeko somewhat but still good and they might have brought in Cavani, lucas Moura, DE Rossi, Guisseppe Rossi, Sneijder, Kaka etc kinda jewels to studd in their squad and rather they’ve made it really boring and if you might have observed the upcoming title race is gonna be really touch ‘n go type i , think especially when Chelsea and Arsenal have impressed me a hell of lot and have kept it alive as one of the favorite contenders of 12-13 season.
