The Daily Mirror carries today’s latest Manchester City rumours and unsurprisingly, with the Brazilian connection already at Eastlands, the rumours involve more of the boys from Brazil.
The legendary but shadow of his former self Ronaldo claims he is on the verge of a move to the club in January. What a signing that would have been five years ago. Now, I’m not convinced.
The paper also says that current star Robinho has urged his fellow Brazilian Kaka to join him at Eastlands. That would be a decent signing, but there are only so many brilliant attacking flair players you can have in one team.
Maybe Mark Hughes needs to look at tightening up before more attacking players arrive.
