Manchester United reignite interest in Italy starlet

Premier League outfit Manchester United are weighing up summer move on Torino full-back Matteo Darmian, Tuttosport has suggested.

It is no secret that the Red Devils are short of options at right-back and they have been keeping close tabs on the Italy international for quite a while.

The latest reports suggest they could come forward with an official proposal in the coming weeks, after the likes of Napoli and AS Roma failed to reach an agreement with Torino.

It is believed that Granata value their prized asset at €20 million and said asking price is non-negotiable.

Matteo Darmian, 25, is already a first team regular in the Italy national team and he is followed by just about every top club in Italy, as well as few European giants.

It is almost certain that he will be leaving Torino for greener pastures in the summer transfer window, and Old Trafford could easily be his next destination.
