Manchester United set sights on Romagnoli

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Premier League giants Manchester United have turned their attention towards AC Milan defender Alessio Romagnoli as they continue to try and bolster their defence ahead of the 2018/19 campaign. The Red Devils have already been quite busy in the summer transfer window but as they continue to try and make a push for the Premier League title, they’ll need all the help they can get at the back.

The 23-year-old Romagnoli has been a popular figure in world football for a few years now, be it due to his performances on the pitch or on Football Manager. He spent the first three years of his professional career with Roma before making the jump to Milan, where he has made over a hundred appearances thus far. Now, though, United could be willing to pay €50 million to bring him to Old Trafford.
