Channel 4 Football Italia reports that Brazilian Amantino Mancini is an Inter player after the Nerazzurri agreed a deal with Roma yesterday.

The 27 year old Brazilian wizard was a star for the Giallorossi last season, but had made it clear that he saw his future elsewhere. New Inter boss Jose Mourinho, set his heart on bringing Mancini to the Giuseppe Meazza.

Early estimations allege the Italian champions will pay their Super Cup opponents £10.3 million and that Mancini will sign a four-year contract worth £2.8 million per season.

“Both sides are satisfied,” Inter director Gabriele Oriali told Sky Sport Italia.

“We hope that Mancini can do as well as Cristian Chivu has for us and become an important player.”
