Amantino Mancini has heaped praise on his coach at Inter, Jose Mourinho.

Mancini says Mourinho say right to his face when has played really badly and that is inspiring.

“It is crucial to have a Coach who respects and wants you in his team,” Mancini told Sky Italia.

“We have been working together for two months and he has never done the same thing twice in training. When you arrive in the morning, you never know what it is you’ll be doing.

“It is wonderful to always train with the ball at your feet, as you get used to it and enjoy the whole process more.

“Plus Mourinho is very sincere. He will say right to your face that you played really badly and that streak of honesty really impressed me.”

Mancini joined Inter from Roma this summer.
