Marouane Fellaini agrees contract with Besiktas

Premier League giants Manchester United have all but let their eternal rivals Manchester City run away with this season’s Premier League title, and manager Jose Mourinho has already been looking ahead to the summer transfer window. While the Red Devils have been linked with a number of high-profile names already, they are also set to lose various players.

One player who seems keen to leave Manchester is Marouane Fellaini, according to the Mail, who has already signed a contract with Turkish side Besiktas. The midfielder was recently introduced as a substitute by Mourinho, only to be removed again five minutes later.

The Belgian is in his fifth season with United, but has never quite managed to establish himself as a consistent first team player. This season he has made 12 appearances, nine of which have come from the bench, so it is perhaps unsurprising that Fellaini is keen on a move away.
