Jackson Martinez does not want to leave Primeira Liga champions Porto, despite interest from Napoli.

The Colombian striker has emerged as a potential target for new Napoli manager Rafael Benitez as he looks to mount a bid for the Serie A title this season.

But the 26-year-old has no intention of departing the Portuguese side.

“I am happy to be here at a club like this,” he told Renascenca.

“I am enjoying the opportunity to play here.

“I want to repeat what happened last season and win more trophies with Porto.”

Napoli have been looking to bolster their forward line since the departure of Uruguay international Edinson Cavani to Paris Saint-Germain, with Real Madrid’s Gonzalo Higuain also thought to be an option.
