Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has been showing interest in Juventus forward Alessandro Matri, reports Tuttosport.
The talented manager is believed to be in line for a sack at San Siro, but should that happen he will almost certainly be snatched by Roma.
And while the uncertainty surrounding his future continues, Allegri is hoping to get reunited with Juventus striker Alessandro Matri.
It was he who helped the player shine at Cagliari and he is looking to get the opportunity to work with Matri again, either at Milan or at Roma.
With Juventus spoilt for choices in attack and Fernando Llorente arriving in the summer, the Italy international could jump at the opportunity to leave the Bianconeri in search of first team football.
It appears that his future continues to depend on Max Allegri, but, whatever happens, a move to another Italy’s top club looks on the cards.
