Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport understands that AC Milan are keeping close tabs on Liverpool midfielder Suso.
Even if the summer transfer window is now closed, the Rossoneri officials are working on future reinforcements and the Spaniard appears to be the first name on their hit-list.
Milan scouts have been impressed by the player who spent the previous season on loan with Almeria and the Serie A side will be making their interest concrete in January.
Suso has returned to Anfield after spending a year in Spanish La Liga, but he will struggle for playing time with the Reds recruiting a number of attackers this summer.
And considering that his current contract is due to expire at the end of the season, the 20-year-old is almost certain to leave Liverpool in January.
Having said that, chances are the Spain Under-21 international will be tempted by the prospect of playing for Italian giants AC Milan.
