(GSM) – Internazionale will be without Diego Milito for tonight’s Champions League home match against Werder Bremen. The Argentine striker hasn’t recovered in time from a thigh strain he suffered last weekend.

Inter boss Rafael Benítez hoped he could play Milito tonight and even included him in the squad. However, the prolific hitman left Inter’s training ground this morning which means he won’t be able to play against the Germans.

Milito’s absence means another selection headache for Benítez, who also misses Goran Pandev due to an injury. Inter is now likely to play with just one striker against Werder, namely Samuel Eto’o.
