Monaco keen on Faitout Maouassa

French daily newspaper L’Equipe has learned that AS Monaco are keeping close tabs on Rennes winger Faitout Maouassa.

The winter transfer window may have just closed, but the Principality club officials are already working on summer deals.

According to L’Equipe, Rennes starlet Faitout Maouassa has emerged as one of their primary targets.

AS Monaco attempted to sign the winger on loan in the January window and they will make another attempt at the end of the season.

Maouassa joined Rennes last summer from Nancy after scoring 3 goals in 14 matches during his debut Ligue 1 campaign, and he went on to provide 2 assists in 16 league outings this term.
