Reports in Italy suggested that the 68-year-old was ready to accept a €300million offer for 75 per cent of his controlling interest to Indonesian businessman Erick Thohir.
Moratti has admitted in the past to holding talks with Thohir over a significant investment in the Serie A side.
But he would not reveal any new information about potential developments.
