Inter boss Jose Mourinho has blasted Catania ace Giacomo Tedesco following the game last night.
The former Chelsea boss have branded Tedesco a ‘diver’ following an incident involving the Catania midfielder and Inter midfielder Sulley Ali Muntari.
Muntari was sent off after lashing out an arm to free himself from the Catania midfielder.
“He has two eyes and neither of them could see Tedesco behind him,†Mourinho said.
“I saw many DVDs from last season and understood in England Tedesco would be called someone who lacks fair play, whereas in Italy he might be considered ‘intelligent.’
“I thought Tedesco was dead with all that rolling around, but he managed to recover and play in the second half.â€Â
Muntari added: “The referee saw that I lifted my arm and he’s right in that I should not do that, but I was just protecting the ball.
“Having said that, not even a child would’ve fallen in such a dramatic fashion. He went to ground as if struck by Mohammed Ali!â€Â
Inter won the match 2-1.

Gotta love Mourinho, not only putting the “diver” label on this guy, but also serving notice to opponents and referees that he’s not gonna tolerate this stuff without calling people out. Gotta love the way Inter’s playing and be excited about Maicon, Mancini, Quaresma and Ibramhimovic. Worth watching how much Mourinho shackles or cuts these guys loose.
