Musa leaves Leicester

Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr have confirmed that Ahmed Musa has joined the club from Leicester City. The 25-year-old’s future has been up in the air for quite some time now, and following his performances at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, many fans were left wondering what his next step would be. As you can see, it seems as if Musa has decided to make a move that few could’ve really anticipated.

Musa made the move back to CSKA Moscow on loan after initially not being able to make a real impact in the Foxes’ first team, and in Russia, he was able to rediscover his form ahead of the aforementioned WC. This move likely increases the probability of Leicester bringing in another forward before the start of the 2018/19 Premier League season, which is something that has already been heavily discussed both in the media and by Leicester fans themselves as of late.
