NAC Breda failed to reconquer their top spot in the Eredivisie, and now have to share the first position with FC Groningen.

NAC visited FC Utrecht on Sunday, and left Nieuw Galgenwaard stadium with only one point following a scoreless draw.

NAC have the same amount of points as Groningen, but the latter have a better goal difference.

Ajax Amsterdam took three points from their game with NEC Nijmegen. Klaas Jan Huntelaar scored the opener on 44 minutes and Uruguayan Luis Suarez doubled the advantage in the 74rd.

Feyenoord only just managed to earn one point from the clash with Heerenveenveen. Paulo Henrique and Pranjic had given the visitors a comfortable lead but Feyenoord began a comeback.

Striker Roy Makaay got one back for the Rotterdam outfit in the 69th minute and Michael Mols netted the equaliser in added time.
