Udinese president Giampaolo Pozzo has hinted that they could be ready to complete a deal that would see midfielder Gokhan Inler join Napoli at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old has been a hit in the Serie A for Udinese and the club have reportedly rejected an €18million bid from a Premier League side for the Swiss star.
“I have an excellent rapport with [Napoli president] Aurelio De Laurentiis,” Pozzo told Napolipress.com when asked of Napoli’s interest in the midfielder.
“We are constantly in touch. De Laurentiis is planning to lead Napoli back to the top and if there is something we can do together, we will do it…”
