The persistent noise about Obafemi Martins wanting to join Arsenal appears to be a media hype or an action intended to convey a specific attention. If it was true that Arsene Wenger wanted the services of Obafemi Martins, of course he wouldnÃ‚Â´t waste time about it as there is no comparison between Arsenal and Newcastle.
There is no doubt about the fact that Obafemi Martins is a good player but I think something is wrong somewhere.
Arsenal is a Football Club considered to be of excellence, Martins claims to be 23 years old and I see no reason why he should be pushed away since age has been the major criterion by which players are considered and employed by the illustrious English Club.
