Brazilian international Neymar has been awarded with the best goal in Brazil’s First Division for his jinking run and strike against Atletico Mineiro.

The 20-year-old star beat three defenders before firing low past the goalkeeper during Santos’ 2-2 draw with Atletico in Round 31.

Neymar also featured in the top 10 for his effort against Coritiba and beat off competition from Atletico’s Jo and Vasco da Gama’s Alecsandro.

Former Manchester City striker Jo completed a fine individual run from a team-mate with a neat volley to take second place.

Meanwhile, Vasco’s Alecsandro, who finished third, was acknowledged for his stunning overhead kick against Portuguesa.

Atletico’s Ronaldinho featured in the top 10 twice for his goals against Figueirense and Cruzeiro.
