(GSM) – Mesut Ozil has been targeted by several European top clubs but the Werder Bremen star has revealed his favourite club.
The Germany international dreams of playing for Barcelona.
Ozil has refused a new contract offer from Werder and this has alerted several clubs that are tracking the 21-year-old midfielder.
The likes of Arsenal, Juventus and Real Madrid have already been linked with the former Schalke 04 player but Ozil has made a ‘come and get me’ plea to Barcelona.
“I dream of playing for Barcelona,” said Ozil.
“It is a very great club with a special player like Messi. But I have a contract at Werder until 2011.”
