Paco Alcacer nears Barcelona exit

Barcelona striker Paco Alcacer is almost certain to leave Camp Nou in the January transfer window, according to El Larguero.

The 24-year-old was signed as a replacement for Luis Suarez last summer, but it appears that neither Luis Enrique nor Ernesto Valverde have rated him highly.

Alcacer has been disappointed by the lack of first team opportunities at Camp Nou and he is currently considering his options.

According to reports, the striker is prepared to wait for another month to see whether his status will improve, and if nothing major happens, he will request to leave in January.

Having impressed at Valencia before joining Barcelona, Alcacer should have no problems finding another club in La Liga.
