Norway international midfielder Morten Gamst Pedersen is keen on extending his contract with Blackburn Rovers.
Pedersen’s current deal is due to expire at the end of next season and the 27-year-old has already rejected a new offer from the club.
He told TV2 Sporten: “I turned them down in November last year, but now there is a new manager and I really enjoy playing for him.
“I get to play all the time and my form is getting better and better, so it’s not unlikely that I will be offered a new contract.”
Pedersen joined Blackburn from Norwegian side Tromso for £1.5million in 2004.
