Pepe linked with PSG switch

El Larguero is reporting that Real Madrid defender Pepe could be moving to Parc des Princes at the end of the season.

The 34-year-old will be out of contract at the end of the current campaign and he is unlikely to be offered a new deal at Santiago Bernabeu.

And while Pepe has proposals from China and other exotic destinations, he reportedly wants to remain in Europe and keep playing at the highest level.

According to El Larguero, French champions Paris Saint-Germain have been showing interest in the veteran centre-back as they are short of options in the heart of defence.

Pepe has been with Real Madrid since 2007, going on to make 229 La Liga appearances, scoring 13 goals and lifting two league trophies in the process.

The Portuguese footballer lost his place in the starting line-up this season and it would appear as though his lengthy spell at the Bernabeu is drawing to a close.
