Competition: International Friendly
Market: Portugal to win against Bulgaria
Odds: 1/3 @ William Hill

Portugal welcome Bulgaria to the Estadio Dr. Magalhaes Pessoa for tonight’s international friendly, and are big favourites to come out on top. The home side are looking to prepare for this summer’s European Championships, and come into the game off the back of fine form.

Boasting five straight wins in the Euro 2016 qualifiers, while having won two of their last four friendlies this year, Portugal are building up momentum at the right time. They have Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo spearheading the attacking, and given the deficiencies of the Bulgaria outfit, the visitors are likely to struggle.

Bulgaria have suffered three defeats from their last four qualifiers, while coming unstuck to Turkey in their only friendly last year. As a result, the away side have a big task to avoid defeat. They’ve been conceding a lot of goals of late and hardly threatening at the other end.

William Hill are giving odds of 1/3 for Portugal to win against Bulgaria in tonight’s international friendly. Manager Fernando Santos will be looking for his side to build up steam ahead of the Euros this summer so he’s desperate to keep their impressive form going.
