Competition: World Cup qualifier
Market: Portugal to win against Hungary
Odds: 2/7 @ Bet 365

Portugal welcome Hungary to the Estádio da Luz in Saturday’s World Cup qualifier, and are big favourites to come out on top to potentially go top of the group if leaders Switzerland suffer defeat in their respective clash. Portugal have been in fine form while being formidable on home soil, which should see them over the line against Hungary.

Home side Portugal are second in Group B with nine points from four games, boasting three consecutive wins ahead of this weekend’s clash with Hungary. Portugal have beaten Andorra, the Faroe Islands and Latvia, scoring 16 goals and conceding just once. Their opponents are no slouches, however, so Portugal will have to work for a result.

As for the visitors, Hungary find themselves third in the table, just two points behind Portugal. Hungary have won consecutive games prior to the trip to the Estádio da Luz, beating Latvia and Andorra without conceding, but Saturday’s clash could be settled with home advantage.

Portugal are strong in their own backyard and could find themselves top of the group after the weekend. Bet 365 are giving odds of 2/7 for the hosts to see past Hungary.
