PSG join chase for Seri

Nice Mattin is reporting that Ligue 1 holders Paris Saint-Germain are weighing up summer bid for Nice hotshot Jean-Michael Seri.

The 25-year-old has set the Ligue 1 alight with his performances this season, having managed 6 goals an 10 assists in the current campaign.

This has seen the likes of Leicester City, Southampton and Marseille show interest in his services, but it appears that PSG are in the mix as well.

Unai Emery is preparing for life after Thiago Motta and he believes that Seri would be an excellent addition to the squad.

The Ivorian himself appears to be keen on moving to Parc des Princes, having admitted he would enjoy playing alongside Marco Verratti.

Seri is currently valued at €25 million, although the heavy interest in his services could further drive up the asking price, with latest reports suggesting that mighty Barcelona are casting admiring glances his way.
