PSG join race for Dani Alves

French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain are hot on the trail of Barcelona full-back Daniel Alves, according to El Mundo Deportivo.

The Brazilian appears to have decided to leave the Catalans for greener pastures and he is currently considering offers from top European clubs.

Italian champions Juventus recently admitted interest in the 33-year-old and they are working hard to persuade him to move to Turin.

However, reports from Spain claim that Paris Saint-Germain have joined the chase as well and they have now met with the player’s official representative.

PSG desperately need to sign a new right-sided defender considering that Gregory van der Wiel is leaving and Serge Aurier could follow in his footsteps after yet another incident.

Dani Alves is believed to also have offers from Manchester United and clubs from China, so he clearly has an important decision to make with regards to his next destination.
