PSG youngster set for summer exit

Paris Saint-Germain starlet Dan-Axel Zagadou is widely expected to leave Parc des Princes in the summer transfer window, Le Parisien has suggested.

The Saints have seen the likes of Kingsley Coman and Moussa Dembele leave the club for greener pastures in recent years, but in turn managed to persuade Presnel Kimpembe, Alec Georgen and Jonathan Ikone to stay.

However, the latest reports suggest that one of their hottest prospects Dan-Axel Zagadou is being linked with a summer exit.

The 17-year-old will see his youth contract expire at the end of the season and while his agents have been negotiating a new deal, PSG officials Patrick Kluivert and Olivier Letang are pessimistic about club’s chances of keeping hold of the talented centre-back.

Zagadou is widely regarded as one of the best centre-backs to have come out of club’s youth academy in recent years and he is now an important member of the France Under-17 team.
