Dutch champions, PSV, are looking to reinforce their defense for next season. Their first defensive target appears to be Mexican international Francisco Rodriguez, who currently plays for the Mexican side Chivas Guadalajara.

Scouts from PSV along with their managing director Jan Reker, travelled to Mexico to see their target in action. Club chiefs are now in negotiations to seal a deal for the defender.

Rodríguez is the tallest player for Chivas, standing 1.94 m (6 ft 4 in).
