PSV has reached agreement with Ola Toivonen on a three-and-a-half-year deal, with the option for a further two seasons. The 22-year-old Swedish forward will undergo a medical on Thursday morning before joining his new PSV team mates for his maiden training session on Thursday afternoon.
Toivonen will be making appearances in PSV colours for the next three-and-a-half seasons. His deal includes the option of a further two years.
The Swedish international can’t wait to meet his new team mates “I’m very happy to be here and I think the Dutch league will suit my styleâ€Â, said Toivonen exclusively to PSV TV. PSV are a great club. The fans want us to get silverware and I feel the same as the fansâ€Â, said Toivonen, who has established a reputation as a fine forward. “I am a genuine team player and like to be involved in the passing game”.
