PSV eyeing Man Utd starlet

PSV Eindhoven are looking to lure Manchester United youngster Andres Pereira back to Phillips Stadium, according to Voetbal International.

The 19-year-old will become a free agent at the end of the season, with the youngster highly unlikely to extend his deal at Old Trafford.

Namely, Pereira is disappointed by the lack of first team opportunities at Manchester United and is ready to leave in search of regular playing time.

Voetbal International has learned that PSV Eindhoven have emerged as favourites for his signature, having already held initial talks with the player’s father.

It was at Phillips Stadium that Pereira spent the majority of his youth career, before he was snatched by the Red Devils in 2011.

The Belgian has since struggled to prove his worth at Old Trafford and only went to make one competitive appearance for the senior side.

Pereira, who represented Belgium at various youth levels, is now looking to get his career back on track.
