FC Twente are the only team left at the top of the Dutch Eredivisie following a 1-3 win at Heracles, while former joint leaders PSV drew 0-0 at FC Utrecht.

Heracles surprisingly took the lead through Everthon after nine minutes against their regional rivals, but Costa Rican Bryan Ruiz equalized in the 31st minute.

Blaise N’Kufo then made it 1-2 nine minutes after the break and Theo Janssen ended Heracles’ hopes one minute later, 1-3.

PSV only managed a goalless draw against FC Utrecht, who were in fact the better side at Galgenwaard stadium. Both Ricky van Wolfswinkel of Utrecht and PSV’s Otman Bakkal hit the post.

Balazs Dzsudzsak of PSV was sent off after collecting a second yellow card in the 87th minute.

Ajax were held to a 2-2 draw at Roda JC. Luis Suarez put the Amsterdam outfit ahead in the 24th minute, but the score was then turned around by Arnaud Sutchuin (25th) and Boldizsar Bodor (54th). Suarez then equalized to at least secure a point in the 67th minute.

Ajax had Urby Emanuelson sent off with a direct red card in the 81st minute.
