PSV Eindhoven have reiterated their desire to lure Blackburn defender Andre Ooijer back to the club where he spent a nine-year spell. The Rovers rock has already declared his intention to return to his homeland when his contract at Ewood Park expires at the end of the season.
PSV technical director Adrie van Kraaij confirmed that Ooijer was a serious candidate to return to the Philips Stadion where he spent nine years before joining Rovers in 2006. “Not everything is decided and everything depends on other circumstances,” van Kraaij added.
