Glasgow Rangers have won the first Old Firm of the season, beating Celtic 4-2 in an entertaining match on Sunday.

Daniel Cousin’s opener for Rangers in the 37th minute was cancelled out by Samaras two minutes later, but former Celtic player Miller restored the away side’s lead eight minutes into the second half.

Pedro Mendes made it 1-3 in the 62nd minute and Miller added another to his tally in the 79th minute to take away any remaining doubt.

Celtic’s Nakamura got one back in the 90th minute to make it 2-4.

Having recorded three wins and a draw, Rangers now share the lead with Kilmarnock. Celtic are fourth at three points from the leaders.
