Talented 16-year-old Benfica striker Umaro Embalo is attracting plenty of interest from all around Europe.
The Portuguese youngster has emerged as one of the highly regarded talents tracked by the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester United, among other clubs.
The Premier League giants were said to have agreed a £5 million deal for the striker but Benfica have since dismissed such claims as the race for Embalo’s signature remains wide open.
Bundesliga hot-shots RB Leipzig have become the latest club to join the race for Embalo with Portuguese media outlet Abola suggesting that Red Bulls have already submitted an offer worth £13 million to grab the talented forward playing for Benfica youth setup.
RB Leipzig want to cut to the chase and rule other suitors out of contention for Embalo’s signature and are said to have been engaged in contract negotiations with the Portuguese club over a potential transfer of the talented 16-year-old.
