Renato Sanches wants Man Utd move

Benfica wonderkid Renato Sanches hopes to join Premier League giants Manchester United in the summer transfer window, Record can reveal.

The Red Devils have emerged as the main candidates for the player’s signature and they are ready to pay top dollar to beat other interested sides.

Manchester United officials have been in talks with their Benfica counterparts for several weeks now and the midfielder himself is excited about moving to Old Trafford.

Sanches has not been swayed by the talks of a big money move, but he is ready for the next step in his career and looking forward to joining the Red Devils.

The 18-year-old has come a long way since starting the current season playing for the reserves, having gone on to become an important player for Benfica, while also breaking into the Portugal national team.

There are still some areas that Sanches needs to work on, but everything suggests he will eventually develop into a world-class footballer.
