Competition: International friendly
Market: Republic of Ireland to win against USA
Odds: 7/5 @ William Hill

The Republic of Ireland side suffered defeat in their last game against rivals Scotland, and are hoping to turn their form around against USA tonight. Martin O’Neill’s side have enjoyed an impressive Euro 2016 qualifying campaign, picking up two wins and a draw from their four games played so far.

Tonight’s friendly against USA will be a challenge for the Ireland, but they will have some confidence as Jurgen Klinsmann’s side have lost one and drawn two of their last three games played – 1-1 against Ecuador, 1-1 against Honduras, and a 2-1 defeat against Colombia. They won just once in this summer’s World Cup too.

William Hill are giving odds of 7/5 for the Republic of Ireland to win against USA this evening, with the Green Army looking to quickly get back to winning ways. Their recent form has been a complete contrast to their previous struggles, beating the likes of Oman, Georgia, Gibraltar, while drawing against World champions Germany last month.
