Richardson extends Sunderland deal

Sunderland’s former Manchester United midfielder Kieran Richardson on Saturday signed a new three-year contract which commits him to the Premier League club until 2013.

The 25-year-old joined the club three years ago and has played 85 games for the Black Cats.
