Brazil boss Dunga has selected Robinho and Ronaldinho as dispensation players for the upcoming Olympics.

Each participating team is allowed to select three players that are too old to appear in the U23 team.

Dunga had already picked Thiago Silva of Fluminense to assist the team in Beijing this summer.

“Experience might be a deciding factor at the Olympics. This is why I chose a lot of players from the year 1985. Even the younger players already have international experience,” Dunga explained.

Other selected players include Marcelo of Real Madrid, Anderson of Manchester United, Diego of Werder Bremen and Alexandre Pato of AC Milan.

As always Brazil will be highly motivated to do well in Beijing, the Olympic title being the only trophy to never have been won by the five-time World Champions.
