Arsenal have so far been linked with a host of midfielders, and the latest name to come up as possible Arsenal target is Roma’s left-sided midfielder, Alberto Aquilani, 23.
The player’s agent, Vincenzo Morabito, has confirmed that Arsenal is talking to the player. “Aquilani is speaking to Arsenal,†Morabito confirmed. “We will have to see if Roma will be able to match his demands.â€Â
The Gunners are said to have offered £12 million for the Italy international, but will face competion from the likes of Real Madrid, who also have expressed their interest.
