Borussia Dortmund’s Felipe Santana says scoring the winning goal against Malaga in the Champions League was something he will never forget.

In a frenzied final few minutes, the tall defender popped up to make it 3-2 to the Germans on the night and put them through to the semi-finals where they now await Real Madrid.

Dortmund had to come back from behind twice after goals from Joaquin and Eliseu put Malaga in front but the German club overturned the deficit to seal the tie in an astounding injury-time climax.

“I do not know how many times I’ve seen the goal now – but every time I see it I am always happy as a little child,” the 27-year-old told Bild.

“I have never received so many calls and text messages as after this game. This is madness. When I got off the phone with my father after the game, he cried so loud that I could not understand a word.”

The Brazilian defender won the Bundesliga title in 2012, but said his goal felt just as good.

“They are two events that I will never forget,” said the former Figueirense man.
