Santi Mina nears Premier League switch

Spanish media outlet Plaza Deportiva claims that Valencia forward Santi Mina could soon be joining a Premier League club.

The 22-year-old has enjoyed a breakthrough season with los Che this term, bagging 12 goals in mere 17 league starts, catching the eye of unnamed Premiership sides in the process.

Cash-strapped Valencia seem ready to sell their talented footballer, placing a €25 million price tag on his services.

Los Che need to raise around €45 million through player sales before they can start the squad rebuilding process, with Simone Zaza and Joao Cancelo also expected to be sold.

Watford are expected to return for Santi Mina after having one bid rejected earlier in the season, while few more English sides are set to make their moves.
