Sao Paulo beat Flamengo to move into top four

Sao Paulo FC earned three valuable points from their clash with Flamengo on Sunday. The home side scored twice and surpass Flamengo for fourth place.

The Sao Paulo-Rio de Janeiro clash featured two sides that are trying to get closer to the top spots.

Sao Paulo broke the deadlock through Dagoberto in the 44th minute and Hugo doubled the advantage close to the hour mark.

Sao Paulo are now fourth in the Brazilian Serie A at seven points from leaders Gremio.
