September 16/17th: Weekend Premier League Acca – 7/1 Four-Fold

After returning from the international break with a bang last week it’s time for another weekend of Premier League action and an accumulator bet to get you in the mood.

This bet was extremely close to being a five-fold, but with the Wembley curse seemingly broken with the Champions League win over Borussia Dortmund there really is little value in including Tottenham to beat Swansea at the odds of 1/5.

Saturday 16th September

CET 15:00 Liverpool v Burnley

After a humbling result for Liverpool last time out in the Premier League at the Etihad they have a chance to redeem themselves against the side who managed just one win away from home last season.

Despite Burnley being exactly the sort of side Liverpool have traditionally struggled against under Klopp they should have enough to break down Sean Dyches’ side get back up on their feet following the frustrating 2-2 draw against Sevilla in the Champions League and reignite their domestic season.

Tip: Liverpool to win @ 2/7

CET 15:00 Watford v Manchester City

Pep Guardiola and his City side will surely be on a high after last weekend’s demolition of Liverpool and midweek success in the Netherlands and will be looking to build on that result away at Vicarage Road. Watford themselves have made a promising start to the campaign and at this early stage of the season are occupying a European place.

Despite the improvement Marco Silva has made to the Hornets it’s unlikely that they will have enough to stop the likes of Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero.

Tip: Manchester City to win @ 3/10

Sunday 17th September

CET 13:30 Chelsea v Arsenal

Since humiliation at home on the opening day to Burnley, the champions have been in imperious form in the Premier League.  The same cannot be said about their opponents this weekend. Arsenal suffered a damming, yet unsurprising, defeat at Anfield before the international break but in typical fashioned papered the cracks last time out with a comprehensive victory over Bournemouth.

Despite the imminent return of Eden Hazard it would be very Arsenal to get a valiant draw in this game to kick-start their ‘title challenge’ prior to the customary February collapse.

Tip: Draw @ 13/5

CET 16:00 Manchester United v Everton

During the first 3 games of the season United looked as solid and functional as you’d expect a second season Mourinho side to be; however last weekend against Stoke there were a few cracks starting to appear. Both Jones and Bailly looked slightly uncomfortable at the back and this is something that Everton will surely look to try and exploit.

The fact Rooney is returning to Old Trafford for the first time since departing in the summer will add some extra intrigue to the game, but if his new side (or his old new side) are to take anything from this game they’re going to need to perform much better than they have in recent weeks.

Tip: Manchester United to win @ 1/3
